TEEN YOGA + WELLBEING – Thursdays 4pm – 4:50pm GMT

Yoga, Meditation & Self-Care practices to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Shake off stress and worry, Soothe anxiety, Calm the mind.
For children from 10-16 years of age. 

Accessible to children of all needs and abilities. Parents welcome.

Choose your starting week using the calendar above. This is the first class of four and the remaining classes will be every week after this. Classes are for four consecutive weeks. 

One Class Pass is per student/ family member.

You will receive a zoom link in the confirmation email after you complete your booking.
