I have never heard so many birds and seen so many #bees!!! ? Keeping a focus on positive events can be a great reassurance and support as we are challenged with covid restrictions and social-distancing! Our mindset is key to our wellbeing- keeping perspective in covid times is critical to sustaining our health.
Many acts of kindness are seen- Neighbours who may have been to busy to chat before now make the effort to chat across garden walls, the elderly in our community are being checked on and supported by people delivering meals and groceries.
We are connected in our common goal to #supporteachother & #staywell we really are #togetherapart … just like the fish returning to the Venice canals… we are returning home, realigning our priorities, living by our values and waking up to new ideas, ways and means of doing things differently!
To me, that is exciting and inspiring!
How to keep perspective in the midst of the covid pandemic:
Limit TV News so as not to overwhelm your mind and nervous system – constant news updates leaves the body in a state of sustained stress that can lead to chronic illness.
Take a break from Social Media– I have enjoyed a social media sabbatical in the last days.. I highly recommend it!
You too may also have noticed the huge drain of energy that being online creates. Mute those whats-app groups, switch off that phone and take a break from TV!
Start a new healthy habit -Use the time to establish new habits – learn to do less, be okay with silence, try meditation and self-care practices. The key to this is setting up your home space to support your new habit!
I promise you’ll feel better for it <3
Just 3 times a week I continue to do LIVE online classes, the literal feedback is that they have been “fantastic”.
We are grounding, centering, destressing and reconnecting to our heart through #healingyoga #somaticmovement #energyhealing #meditation #breathwork and #selfcare practices.
Now is the ideal time to nourish your wellbeing- your physical, mental and emotional health. Use this time wisely to establish new habits, focus on the good and support those who are more vulnerable. Together we are stronger!
Stay Well, Bee Well! ??
