Somatic movement is a restorative mindful movement practice that is mainly done lying on the floor with your eyes closed guided by verbal description. A powerful whole body experience that heals and nourishes our physical, cognitive and mental wellbeing.
Each week focuses on a different theme, focus and body part so you are continuously learning and discovering new techniques and skills to support your wellbeing.
Somatic Movement focuses on restoring neurological ease, balance, harmony and relaxation to the body and mind.
Through somatic movement you will recover dexterity, fluidity and lightness in your body.
Somatic movement reduces the impact of ageing on the body.
It rewires and reconnects parts of our brain and body that have lost agility over time.
It improves cognitive functioning, mental clarity and memory.
Nourishing weekly classes will help you to:

+ Sleep better, Feel more Relaxed and ready for a deep healing sleep that evening

Classes are verbally guided with full audio description of all movements-
So you don't have to look at the screen!
You don't need your camera on- this optional.
No need to "copy" the teacher- you can enjoy the whole class with your eyes closed!
Lessons are fully accessible to people with vision-loss and people who are blind.

Join for 4 weeks at a time- 55 euro per 4 weeks of consecutive classes.
