There is an increased need to support children, families and schools with practical self-care skills to better understand emotion, stress and anxiety, and expressive movement practices to promote mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Wellbeing activities taught in Schools will inspire children to practice and develop self-care skills for life.

The Teachers Toolkit provides schools with instant resources for wellbeing activities in the classroom:

  • Access all video resources through private teachers’ login area with specialized videos for different topics.
  • Video resources are categorised by activity, benefits/outcome and time duration. 
  • Choose the ideal practice to support student needs: Energize, Relax, Soothe, Calm, Focus, Stress Release etc. 
  • All sessions are practical and engaging varying from 5-20 minutes in duration depending on the movement practice.
