Laura Sarah Dowdall will be bringing her expertise as a Dancer, Energy Healer, Family Constellation work facilitator, Healing Yoga and Somatic Movement therapist leading us to embodied bliss, deep relaxation, invigorated joy and new potential!

Throughout the weekend, one to one sessions will be available in a private treatment room separate to the studio.
One to One sessions are inspiring and insightful experiences that blend the tools and techniques that will most benefit your needs and personal progression.
What’s on the menu depends on what is in season and available locally. The chef caters to any dietary requirements and takes great care when cooking for people with allergies. Food is vegetarian and always delicious – nourishing and sustaining your energy throughout the day.
Country House rooms offer stunning period rooms some with four-poster beds and a private bath or shower.
Each room is characterized by its unique features and style in keeping with the house.
Prices are inclusive of beautiful period accommodation, meals, tea and snacks and full tuition for the retreat program.
A selection of main house rooms have four-poster beds and large victorian style bathtubs.
Prices range from €595 upwards depending on room selection. All rooms have access to their own private bathroom.
Main house rooms offer all the beauty and period style of this unique setting some rooms with victorian bathtubs, four-poster beds. Main house rooms inclusive of the retreat experience, food and accommodation are €755 per person.
Stable yard rooms are adjacent to the main house (2minute walk) and are contemporary and cosey. Stable rooms inclusive of the retreat experience, food and accommodation are €595 per person.
