This day retreat offers a deep journey of reconnection with the hidden depths of our heart and soul.
It is an opportunity to move out of the head and into the heart of what truely matters to you.
Movement alchemy is an embodied process that activates the healing power of intention, energy, and self-awareness to reset the programming of our mind and body.
It restores heart and brain coherence enabling greater presence, harmony and health in our whole being.
Healing of the physical, mental, emotional and ancestral body will be integral to the movement practices of our day.
We will reconnect with aspects of ourself that may have become forgotten, lost or hidden.
We will integrate what we wish to take forward into our life, and release and bring healing to that which no longer serves our potential.
Practices will include:
+ Authentic Movement, Tai Chi based practice
+ Yoga, Somatic Release & Body Dialogue Techniques
+ Soul Dance, Movement Medicine, Dynamic Meditation
+ Breath work, Self soothing techniques,
+ Journey work, Healing Meditation, Creative Expression
+ Energy healing- physical, mental, emotional, and ancestral healing
No movement, yoga or dance experience is necessary, just an open mind and willing heart.

What is Heart Coherence? And why is it Important?
Scientists have discovered that the heart sends continuous messages to the brain which influence the function of higher brain centers involved in perception, cognition, and emotional processing.
When our heart is in a coherent state it creates greater harmony within our brain which supports optimal functioning within the body, enhancing our ability to heal, repair and regulate our body to a new frequency of harmony.
Simple ways of enhancing heart coherence are to practice self-compassion, daily gratitude, loving kindness meditation and sensory awareness in nature.
Bringing the heart into harmony affects our whole being.
Starting with the heart enables us to come into a better place of receptivity and calm so that calming the mind is less of a struggle and more of a by-product of working from the heart.
Our heart send out magnetic impulses which create a resonant field of energy around us. When our heart is coherent, we emanate a peaceful energy that puts other people at ease and helps them to also down-regulate, feel better and become more present.
The heart is the key to health and harmony.

Laura brings her expertise as a Dancer, Energy Healer, Intuitive, Family Constellation Work Facilitator, Yoga and Somatic Movement Therapist to take you on a journey of embodied bliss, deep relaxation, invigorated joy and new potential!
what to bring?
Bring a notebook and pens!
Have a water bottle, flask with hot tea, packed lunch – if the weather is dry we will picnic by the sea (a 5 minute walk from our venue).
Have warm clothing, warm socks, a yoga mat and personal blanket.
